| Born and raised above a tavern in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I came into acting by
way of my husband, writer John Giblin, who I met 35 years ago while we were both
serving in the Air Force. Upon our discharge, I landed in Hayward, California, and
with the encouragement of my husband, I went back to school, majored in Drama and
fell in love with theatre. We moved to LA, where I struggled to get a career going,
did some theatre, appeared in a few TV shows, did a couple of films and gave birth
to a son. I was soon thereafter a “soccer” (actually football) mom, and decided to
put acting on hold and come back to it later. After all, it was the one career where
you never got “too old”. |

| Four years ago, I returned to acting and began studying at the Beverly Hills
Playhouse where I met my Synergy Seven partners. Since returning, I have appeared in
“A Lie of the Mind” for Athena Theatre Company and the US premiere of the Ovation
Award nominated, “I Capture the Castle” at the El Portal Theatre. I’ve also done a
couple of shorts, and recently finished filming a feature, “Autodoc” which is due out
next year. I have been an actor, painter, accountant, wife, mother, businesswoman,
and have jumped out of airplanes. I am thrilled to be featured in Synergy Seven Films
first film venture, “Rewind”, and to be a part of this wonderful and talented group of
artists. |
